You also have the option to give us permission to access some additional personal data from third parties such as Discord, Microsoft, and Google. We use this data to provide more convenient sign-in and customization options.
When you participate in multiplayer games, your in-game profile information, gameplay, and statistics are visible to everyone. This allows anyone, including Soon Studios, to track your in-game progress over time. We also automatically collect data via Google Analytics to understand how our users access and use our Services. Google Analytics operates under its own Privacy Policy. You can block Google Analytics with the use of adblock software for your browser.
Your username, profile picture, in-game statistics, and friends will always be publicly available. However, Soon Studios does not share any of your personal information, including anonymous or aggregated data, with any third parties without your explicit consent, unless it is either required by law or we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our rights, property, or operations. All of the data we collect is used strictly to benefit you and other users of our Services.
In the event of a reorganization, divestiture, merger, sale, or bankruptcy, we may transfer all information we collect to the relevant third party and will obtain your consent to do so if required by law.
Security of our users' information is a priority at Soon Studios, and we take a range of measures to help protect it. We have implemented various policies including pseudonymisation, encryption, access, and retention policies to guard against unauthorised access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems. Even so, no security measure is 100% perfect. This means we cannot guarantee the security of your information and do not assume any responsibility for the unauthorized use or access to your information under our control.
Personal information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Soon Studios or its subsidiaries operate. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to servers in the United States and other countries that may not be subject to the privacy laws in your country of residence.
Soon Studios Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 years. However, in some countries, stricter age limits may apply under local law. Please see our Terms of Use for further details.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years or under the applicable age limit (the "Age Limit"). If you are under the Age Limit, please do not use the our Services, and do not provide any personal data to us. If you are a parent of a child under the Age Limit and become aware that your child has provided personal data to Soon Studios, please contact [email protected], and you may request exercise of your applicable rights detailed in the "Rights and Protections" section of this Policy. If we learn that we have collected the personal data of a child under the age of 13 years, we will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data. This will require us to delete the Soon Studios account for that child.
